In the event of any direct conflict between the terms of these documents, the order of precedence will be: (1) the User Terms, (2) the Software License Agreement, and (3) this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect includes both data you actively provide and information automatically sent by your devices.

Information from Use of the Platform (User Content): We collect and process the content you create, upload, or transmit, including audio recordings, videos, messages, and documents ("User Content").

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Specific Use Limitations: Google Workspace Data

Notwithstanding any other provision in our legal framework, we adhere to the following strict limitation: We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) models. Any processing of Google Workspace data is conducted solely to provide the Platform's core functionality to you.

7. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service Providers: Third parties who provide services on our behalf, such as IT service providers, data storage, hosting, and analytics platforms.
  • Affiliates: A parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of our company.
